Admissions
Embrace. Develop. Expand.
Admissions Steps
Read Our Handbook
Begin by praying and carefully reading our website and school handbook.
Schedule a Tour
The best way to learn about Gainesville Prep is a personal tour. Relationships are the foundation for successfully discipling and educating students and while tours are not required, they are highly recommended.
Apply
Applications for the following school year open in January and are available until space is filled. Applications are not complete until we have received all required forms on the application and the admissions fee is paid. We currently have limited spots available in all grades, K-12.
Entrance Testing
Applicants may be asked to complete a math and reading test to evaluate their grade level progress and ensure that we can adequately serve them. If requires, this testing takes less than one hour to complete and will be scheduled following the reception of an application.
Family Interview
The last step is a family interview if this has not taken place before an application is submitted, for example during a tour. This will be a chance for the admissions team to have a conversation with the family and discuss the commitment both parties are making to one another. We firmly believe that education and discipleship are a partnership between the school and parents.
Acceptance Email
Acceptance letters will be sent via e-mail along with further instructions for the upcoming school year.
Our Mission
The mission of Gainesville Preparatory School is to embrace each child as uniquely made in the image of God, and develop them as disciples of Christ who flourish spiritually, socially, and academically in order to expand the Kingdom of God on earth.
